 Please check your address before submitting an order to ensure that it is correct.  We only guarantee delivery to the address you provide to us when placing your order. However, we will attempt to contact you via the contact information you provide if our carrier, Fed-Ex deems the package as undeliverable.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 Shipping Policies

We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. To ensure that you receive your order of Rodgers’ Banana Pudding Sauce in optimal fresh condition, we pack them in reusable Insulated KodiaKooler Molded Foam Containers with reusable Ice Gel Packs.  In addition to the shipping charge during checkout, a handling fee is added for the reusable Insulated KodiaKooler Molded Foam Containers and Ice Gel Packs. You can re-use the items for transporting perishables to family gatherings, parties, tailgating events, etc. You or someone else must be available to receive your package on the delivery day.

When shipping costs and method can be adjusted to lower your shipping cost, your order will be processed and shipped at the lower shipping method and cost.  Each order is weighed prior to shipping to ensure that you, the customer, receives the lowest cost savings. You will be contacted by email prior to shipping any order that will require a lower or higher level of expedited shipping and costs.

Rodgers’ Banana Pudding Sauce has a best used by date on the bottom of the jar.  Upon receiving and opening your package on the delivery day, Rodgers’ Banana Pudding Sauce MUST BE REFRIGERATED.  We are not responsible for products that spoil due to packages left at the door for extended periods of time, or delays in delivery time due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 Shipping Zone

Rodgers' Banana Pudding Sauce is a perishable refrigerated product. Because of this, it MUST be shipped within 2 days, so we only ship FED-EX ground if you live in a location where you can receive your package within 2 days in the light blue and dark pink zones (see map below). If you live outside of these two zones, you must choose Fed-Ex 2nd Day Air, resulting in a higher shipping cost.
